  RERA Shall approve the request and schedule a Training Session. User shall pay and attend for the Training Session held at DREI ( Dubai Real Estate Institute )
 		  

 
   
  DREI shall Certify this Training Session. and send the list of Certified User to RERA
 
  

 
   
  RERA shall activate the registration for certified Users
 
  

 
   
  User shall receive an Email Confirmation along with User Name and Password that shall be required to access the EJARI System.
 
  

 
     
     
 
 





 
 

Manager (Individual)
Is the person who manages only the properties that he/she owns personally and doesn’t need a license for that.


Required Documents:

1- Passport Copy.
2- Copy of any property ownership (to check owner no.)

Owner/ Manager (Company)
Is the company that manages only owned properties (properties registered for this company).
The company can be with different activities as a shopping mall, business complex, Government or Semi Government Sector.


Required Documents

1- Copy of Trade License.
2- Copy of any property ownership (to check owner no.)
3- Passport copy of company official representative (Manager).
4- Letter from the Company defines names of Ejari System Users.
5- Passport copy of defined Ejari System Users.

Property Management Companies/Brokers:
is a company that is specialized in properties management and licensed through Department of Economy with one of the following activities:

• Leasing and management of other people's property (this activity gives the company authorities of renting the properties from the Owner and then re-rent them to others).
• Self-owned property leasing and management (this activity gives the company authority of managing private properties of the License Owner and his/her Relatives only).
• Real estate management supervision services (this activity gives the company authority to manage properties under Management Contract between the Company and the Owner, where the Owner specify the granted authority to the company the property for him/her).


Required Documents:

1- Copy of Trade License.
2- Passport copy of company official representative (Manager).
3- Letter from the Company defines names of Ejari System Users.
4- Passport copy of defined Ejari System Users.

Owner Representative (Agent):
The person who represents the owner under the power of attorney from the owner, or he/she may be one of the owners within a group that share in the ownership of the same property, and the are represented under a power of attorney of their own or with a legal guardian.


Required Documents:

1- Passport copy of Owner (Individual or Group of Owners).
2- Passport copy of Agent.
3- A copy of the power of attorney and / or a copy of the guardianship order).
